Details: The Pentair FreshPoint F2B1/F2B2 is a twin pack of carbon replacement cartridges for Pentair FreshPoint under-sink drinking water systems. They keep your system delivering fresh, great-tasting water with effortless click-in change-outs, and color-coded cartridges make it easy to keep the filter sequence correct. When installed in a FreshPoint two-stage system, the system is certified by IAPMO R&T to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 to reduce up to 99.7% of total PFAS, including the PFOA and PFOS often called forever chemicals. The system is also tested and certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, and 401 to reduce chlorine taste and odor, lead, atrazine, cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia, and microplastics, at a 0.5 micron rating. These cartridges are also used in FreshPoint three-stage and reverse osmosis systems. Each set has a capacity of 675 gallons, about one year of use depending on water quality and usage.
