- KDF + GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON — DUAL-STAGE FILTRATION — GreenGro's Water Filter uses two complementary technologies: Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) media neutralizes chlorine, chloramines, and heavy metals through an electrochemical redox reaction; Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) captures organic compounds, sediment, and residual contaminants through adsorption. Together they deliver significantly cleaner water than single-stage carbon filters.
- EASY INSTALL — IMPORTANT: USE AT MODERATE FLOW — Connects to any standard 3/4" or 5/8" garden hose or spigot — no tools required. CRITICAL: Do not run this filter at maximum water pressure. Carbon filtration requires contact time to work. Use at moderate flow rate (approximately 50–70% of full blast) for best chlorine removal. Higher flow rates reduce filter contact time and may allow chlorine to pass through. Check your hose fitting size before ordering.

Note: this filter is NOT certified to remove pesticides, herbicides, fluoride, or nitrates — if these are concerns in your water source, a different filtration system is recommended.
- 40,000 GALLON CAPACITY — HYDROPONIC & GARDEN USE — One filter lasts approximately 40,000 gallons (90-day RV/intensive use lifecycle), making it cost-effective for regular garden and hydroponic reservoir filling. For hydroponic use: fill reservoirs at moderate flow rate for best chlorine removal. For pond and aquaponic systems: test filtered water with a chlorine test kit before introducing fish or aquatic life. Always verify filtration effectiveness in high-stakes applications.
