Details: Unlike the competition's chemical CYA reducer, GreenStory Global's Cyanuric Acid Remover is a filter that sits in the skimmer basket. The filter pouch is filled with carbon and a proprietary resin that absorb CYA from the water. The filter will reduce the total CYA in the pool by about 15 ppm per week. Once the pool reaches the appropriate level, simply throw the filter away. This product does work, but you must follow the directions carefully for it to be effective. Also remember it takes time to work 1-2 weeks to see a significant drop in CYA and you must use a high end PPM test strip to check levels if your CYA levels are above 300ppm they will not even register.
